As our Practice Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operational excellence and technological innovation. Your mission is to:

+ Optimize practice efficiency, ensuring we deliver top-tier patient care while maximizing resources

+ Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

+ Implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance patient experience and practice performance

+ Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting and revenue cycle optimization

+ Collaborate closely with our Director of Operations to align practice goals with organizational objectives

Your Toolkit

+ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

+ 5+ years of experience captaining the ship in healthcare practice management

+ Proficiency in practice management software and Google Workspace (we're a Google-powered practice!)

+ Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

+ Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare management (we'll be pioneers together!)

+ Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) certification preferred but not required for the right candidate
