Join our team in two clinic locations, delivering a popular service to our patients and community!

Practice Highlights

+ 20-25 patients per day

+ Shift Schedule: 4 – 10s.

+ Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-8PM; Saturday-Sunday 8AM-6PM at the Cordata location, Monday–Friday 8AM-6PM at the Squalicum Parkway

+ Each provider is supported by a Certified Medical Assistant

+ All clinics have access to specialists and nearby lab and imaging facilities

+ Epic EMR

Ideal Candidate

+ Certified NP/PA with 1-2 years of post-training experience in Family Medicine and/or Urgent Care

+ Ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team

Department/Location Specific Notes:

+ Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
