    CACI has an opportunity for a **Warehouse Clerk (daytime M-F)** in Ashburn, VA, providing logistics support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on the Warehouse and Logistics Management Services contract to help sustain and secure the networks used by warfighters.

    + Use an automated warehouse management system to support logistics tasks.

    + Receive shipments (check for damage, verify item counts against accompanying documents or system records, and record results).

    + Sort and place materials into designated storage locations.

    + Support inventory management actions (verify inventory counts, perform inventory audits, and adjust the inventory to optimize use of storage space).

    + Support shipping actions (pull equipment from inventory, kit and assemble equipment, and prepare and pack items for shipment).

    + Assist in loading shipments.

    + Operate a forklift and maintain work area.

    + Coordinate actions with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

    + Provide regular reporting to management on warehouse issues.

    + Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where needed.

    + Develop, draft, and edit documents to support client requirements.

    + Interface with personnel (coordinate meetings; maintain logs, records, and files; provide end-user support; and perform general administrative duties).

    + Assist with budgetary, billing, and financial management issues.

    + Prepare required documentation and ensure quality control.

    + Identify, analyze, and report deficiencies.

    + Analyze and assess technical documentation.

    + Develop and implement standard procedures.

    + Ensure necessary safeguards for proprietary data.

    + Confer with customers to resolve logistics problems.

    + Train junior logisticians.

    + Provides supervision, training, and direction to staff.

    You’ll Bring These Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Warehouse/storeroom/stock room or similar experience.

    + Must have an Active Secret security clearance.

    + Minimum 5 years’ experience

    + Driver’s license with good standing driver record.

    + Strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

    + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl.

    + The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds or more.

    These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

    + Van/Lightweight truck driving experience/certification

    + Microsoft Excel and SharePoint experience

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $35,776 - $62,100
