    *Position Summary:*the CT Technologist is responsible executing radiologic and Computed Tomography procedures with expert knowledge and the ability to perform all procedures efficiently and accurately.

     

    This is a full time, night shift position that works 12-hour shifts.

    Responsibilities include:

    * Performing a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation to demonstrate cross-sectional anatomy for the purpose of detecting pathology.

    * Preparing patient rooms, equipment, supplies and contrast media.

    * Working without supervision or assistance while applying independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.

    * Applying an understanding of age-related care needs for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

    * Delivering high-quality services and interacting appropriately with patients, patient representatives, physicians, and co-workers.

    *Minimum Qualifications:*

    * License: Utah Radiologic Technologist License. ARRT Computed Tomography certification and registration

    * Certification: BLS Certification within 6 months of hire

    * Experience: Diagnostic Tech and CT Tech experience preferred
