Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to join our EE IAM team as an IC6. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of complex applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IAM engineering, production engineering, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our identity and access management solutions meet the needs of Meta's workforce.

Required Skills:

Application Manager, IAM Team Responsibilities:

1. Manage the lifecycle of complex applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our identity and access management solutions meet the needs of Meta's workforce

3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and user guides

4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members

5. Participate in on-call rotation for production support

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Minimum Qualifications:

8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

9. 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management field

10. Proven experience in managing complex Identity and Access Management deployments, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

11. Demonstrated experience in technical skills, including familiarity in programming languages such as

12. Experience with identity and access management solutions, such as Sailpoint, Okta, Azure AD etc.

13. Proven track record of communication and collaboration skills, with Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams

14. Experience of working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategic direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking

15. Capacity to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management

16. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, CICD

17. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

18. Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions, such as AWS IAM or Google Cloud IAM

19. Certification in security, such as CISSP

Public Compensation:

$169,000/year to $233,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
