Overview

Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for an Otolaryngologist (ENT Doctor) to join our multi-specialty medical group and help build the practice.

Responsibilities

+ Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.

+ Full-Time Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Physician.

+ Board-Certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery(preferred)

+ Preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) – NO weekends.

+ Mostly Outpatient and occasional Inpatient Consults.

+ This is a new specialty that we’ll offer, and we are looking for someone to help the medical group build the practice and service line.

+ Offers flexibility and autonomy on building the practice.

+ Base Salary + Production Bonus (50% of collections)

+ Base Salary ranges from $500,000-$600,000 and is negotiable.

+ Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.

+ Position in Victorville, CA – around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA
