    Job Description:

    3M Little Rock is seeking General Helpers. This position is a FULL-TIME Position.

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    + Maintain cleanliness of work areas

    + Handling hazardous waste following appropriate plant procedures

    + Operating heavy machinery and PIV’s including, but not limited to Forklifts and Guzzler Trucks

    + Assist with production line.

    + Clean production area

    + Load and unload items from machines, carts, and/or dollies.

    Required:

    + Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

    + One (1) year of general labor, manufacturing, and/or construction experience.

     

    Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.

    Pay & Benefits:

    + Competitive Salary starting at $21.22 /hr.
