+ Independently perform engineering assignments for municipal projects.

+ Lead multiple project teams across simultaneous assignments.

+ Manage the quality, timeliness and financial aspects of projects.

+ Lead design tasks on multiple municipal projects.

+ Develop quality work products and designs under the mentorship of senior staff.

+ Supervise and mentor engineers-in training, designers, and technicians.

+ Understands engineering conditions and laws and permitting organizations such as city, state and county entities - is able to research, identify and apply permitting process and code requirements to engineering assignments.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering or science field.

+ 5+ years design engineering experience working on municipal infrastructure projects, and/or county and state roadway projects.

+ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas.

+ Valid TX driver’s license and insurable driving record.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
