Position Summary

General Summary/Responsibilities:

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the Premier Heartburn & Reflux Institute program, offering resources and assistance to referring physicians, patients, and caregivers. Additionally, this role is responsible for efficiently coordinating surgical scheduling for patients and ensuring a seamless surgical experience. The goal is to optimize patient outcomes and provide exception care through effective program management and coordination. This role supports 4-5 surgeons.

Knowledge/Skills

+ Medical Assistant certification preferred.

+ Prefer previous experience in surgery scheduling.

+ Sound understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes.

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively coordinate staff and workflow.

+ Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attentiveness to detail and accuracy.

+ Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to learn related center tasks.
