Job Overview:

Participates in all crisis intervention, crisis management action per the program s policies and procedures. Some job responsibilities: assessment of consumers in the community, patient s home, police departments etc. to assess mental health consumers as requested.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.

+ Candidate must have a minimum of one year experience POST master degree working full time or full time equivalent, in the behavioral health field

+ Candidate must have a valid driver license and ability to drive agency vehicles during outreach calls.

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Alternating Weekends and Holidays

+ Full Time

Essential Functions:

+ Takes responsibility for professional growth and development through on-going participation in educational programs on-site and offsite, including clinically overseeing interns in the program.

+ Maintains established departmental/hospital policies and procedures/objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

+ Meets assigned productivity requirements.

+ Completes charge tickets as assigned, meeting program policy for timeliness.

+ Provides data on services to supervision on time as required.

+ Where assigned, uses computer to enter data, schedule appointments, and coordinate care.

Pay Range:

$ 28.80 minimum to $ 36.27 maximum Hourly Rate
