As the Tech Support (A&P Mechanic), you will perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment. You may conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications. Also, you will manage technical products, services, logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers. The Tech Support (A&P Mechanic) may also troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications. You will proudly serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer's organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Airframe & Powerplant License

Associate’s degree (or other 2 year post High School Training) with a minimum of 8 years experience with the inspection of engine parts, refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and Return to Service of engines, modules, and components.

Prior PW300, PW500, and JT15D shop experience

US Citizenship is required due to government contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

Shop/Bench refurbishment experience.

P&WC powered Airframe experience

Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management preferred.

Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface

Customer service skills.

There is up to 25% travel, for this role.

This role is:

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
