    Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

     

    We are looking for a Construction Administrator to oversee project coordination, documentation, and compliance across Kwajalein Atoll for a one- to two-year term.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage project documentation, contracts, and reports.

    + Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.

    + Assist in budget tracking and procurement activities.

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

    + Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience in construction administration or project coordination.

    + Strong knowledge of construction processes and documentation.

    + Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

    + Excellent organizational and communication skills.
