    KMG Prestige is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Urbancrest, OH who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Assistant Community Managers are responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the apartment community, rent collection, marketing vacant units, and various administrative duties. Bending Brook Apartments is a HUD and Tax Credit property.

    What we are looking for:

    + Previous experience in property management

    + Ability to assist with move‐in packets and certification/recertification process

    + Demonstrated leadership ability

    + Marketing and closing skills

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

    + Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
