Job Summary

Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking board certified/board eligible family medicine, internal medicine, and med/peds trained physicians for an outpatient primary care opportunity in beautiful Jersey Shore, Pa.

Job Duties

At work, you will experience:

+ Outpatient only clinic schedule – variable work week

+ Physician/APP panel sharing model

+ Nurse call center to assist with on-call workload

+ Nurse coordinators support high needs patients

+ Centralized prescription refill team

+ Interdisciplinary team and quick access to specialty services

+ Epic EMR – universal throughout Geisinger

+ Compensation – competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience

+ Up to $250k recruitment incentives

+ Residency/Fellowship stipend – up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation

+ Geography Stipend – up to 20k at specific clinics

+ Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds

+ Fully paid relocation

+ 401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k

Jersey Shore, PA: Jersey Shore, located in Lycoming County (http://visitlycomingcounty.com/) , is the Gateway to the Pine Creek Valley. Businesses on North Route 44 Hwy: Up the Crick - Wine & Antiques, Venture Inn, Poust Taxidermy, and Santino's Pine Creek Inn.
