    *_Position Summary _*

     

    The Lead Engineer assiststheDirectorincoordinatingmaintenance, repairs, and inspections, includingcarpentry, painting,safety,and other building systems. Coordinates contractor schedules and ensures compliance with all safety and regulatory policies.

     

    *_Minimum Qualifications_*_ _

    o *Minimum Education:* High School diploma or equivalent required.

    o *Minimum Experience: *Five (5) years of facilities experience required with three (3) years in a healthcare setting required.Associate degree in a related field preferred.
