    Required Skills:

    Finance Business Operations Manager, Marketing Responsibilities:

    1. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for in-app promotional content and Reality Labs Marketing organizations

    2. Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to manage revenue displacements and marketing spend allocation

    3. Build data models and infrastructure to improve core reporting and processes for in-app promotions

    4. Conduct analyses to drive sound investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend

    5. Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across marketing, product growth, and decision science teams

    6. Help define and implement scalable financial processes

    Minimum Qualifications:

    7. 7+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, analytics, or a related function

    8. BA/BS in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or equivalent

    9. Experience manipulating data sets and work with system and analytics tools (e.g. Hyperion, SQL)

    10. Experience in applicable accounting concepts, financial planning, and reporting cycles

    11. Experience managing financials with business partners

    Public Compensation:

    $128,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
