Description:
Position: Respiratory Therapist
Shift: Day Shift (12-Hour Shift, 0630-1900)
Looking for a place where you can make a difference in a small, close-knit team? Newton Medical, a cozy rural hospital with less than 25 beds, is calling all Respiratory Therapists to come join our crew! We focus on outpatient care, PFTs, non-invasive cardiology (think stress tests, EKGs, and Holter monitoring), as well as emergency and inpatient care.
Why You’ll Love It Here:
+ 12-Hour Day Shift: Work from 0630 to 1900 (with on-call therapist coverage from 1900–0630)
+ Small Facility Vibes: Work in a tight-knit team in a hospital that’s under 25 beds, so you’ll really get to know your patients and colleagues.
+ Hands-On Impact: No ventilated patients here! We focus on non-invasive care like NIV in our SCU for short-term treatment.
+ Outpatient Focus: You'll be rocking the world of PFTs and cardiology, with a bit of emergency and inpatient care for variety.
What We’re Looking For:
•️ A Certified Respiratory Therapist (graduated from an accredited program)
•️ Licensed in [State]
•️ BLS certified (ACLS? Bonus points!)
•️ A team player who loves working with people and making an impact
