The Internet Sales Professionals has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.04.  The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) WITHOUT ANY FIXED UPPER LIMIT!   Airport Marina Honda is looking for exciting, energetic, and money-motivated Internet Sales Professionals ( E-Commerce). We are a Costco and Truecar dealership with plenty of quality leads. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Internet manager/salesperson, or a top notch sales person on the floor that feels they are ready for the internet and may have been looked over at their current store. What We Offer * Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Paid time off and vacation * Growth opportunities * Paid Training * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security * Health and wellness * Discounts on products and service RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. * Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability * Fully proficient with title laws and registration process * Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position * Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals * Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines * Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals * Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale * Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts QUALIFICATIONS * College degree preferred or equivalent experience * Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures * Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. * Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills * Professional Appearance * Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
