The Operations Specialist is a full-time professional staff member who reports to the Director of Apartments and Off Campus Living. The Operations Specialist will oversee desk operations for 15 residence hall desks, maintain the department's website and SharePoint site and work collaboratively with the Student Living leadership and campus partners to manage break occurrences during the academic year. The Operations Specialist supervises up to 12 non-exempt Residence Hall Operations Coordinators. Additionally, this individual serves on departmental, divisional and university wide committees as needed.
