    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and has a passion for sales and customer service. While we will provide training on the RV industry and our proven sales system, you must bring enthusiasm, drive, and a commitment to success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

    + Implement and promote our structured sales process.

    + Motivate and coach sales professionals to enhance performance.

    + Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

    + Maintain a hands-on approach, engaging directly with customers and closing deals.

    + Collaborate with finance and other departments to streamline the sales process.

    Requirements

    + Prior management experience in an RV or automotive dealership is required.

    + Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in the RV or automotive industry.

    + Proven track record of managing high-volume sales and achieving performance targets.

    + Experience in finance and F&I processes is a plus but not required.

    + Strong leadership, training, and team development skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.

    + Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured sales approach.

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.

    + A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
