Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Are you an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant looking for rewarding work in a team-based environment dedicated to positively impacting others? Join our team and provide essential physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists. We are hiring part-time, full-time, and PRN staff for our Irving, Richardson, and Carrollton, TX locations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Administer physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, massage, mobilization, and gait training.

+ Assist patients in improving functional activities and teach them to use mobility aids like canes, crutches, and walkers.

+ Measure and document patient progress (ROM, vital signs, MMT) to support the treatment plan.

+ Collaborate with healthcare teams to modify and coordinate patient care and treatment.

+ Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality.

+ Maintain and assess PT equipment for proper function and safety.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ One year of experience in human services or a related field.

+ Must have a current PTA license in Texas.

+ Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, equipment, and therapeutic exercises.

+ Self-motivated, reliable, and caring with strong multitasking abilities.
