Assistant Professor - Clinical - Department of Emergency Medicine

Essential functions (job duties):
Teach emergency medicine to residents, medical students, and fellows. Provide Toxicology Rotation orientation lecture, recruit and schedule SPI involvement, deliver toxicology lectures. Supervise and provide feedback for Medical Toxicology Fellows. Attend weekly fellow teaching.
Participate in and support the academic and research activities of the department. Participate in addiction medicine research, including original investigation, data reviews and publications in peer reviewed journals.
Attend CC meetings, serve on department and professional committees on a local, regional and/or national level. Attend WSU Department of Emergency Medicine faculty meetings and DMC site specific staff meetings.
Unique duties:
Qualifications:
Medical degree and residency training in Emergency Medicine with Fellowship in Medical Toxicology.
Knowledge and training in Medical Toxicology and addiction medicine.
