Your role within the team:

Are you an experienced nurse ready to take on a leadership role in wound care? We are looking for a passionate, skilled nurse with previous leadership experience and a commitment to evidence-based clinical excellence. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will:

+ Provide specialized care for wound care and ostomy patients while utilizing effective leadership and managerial skills.

+ Act as a professional role model and mentor for the nursing team, fostering collaboration and growth.

+ Take on the role of preceptor and charge nurse, ensuring high-quality patient care and team coordination.

+ Serve as a resource expert for colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting professional development.

Qualifications

+ A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in wound care or a related field is required.

+ Previous leadership experience is essential.

+ Ostomy care experience is strongly preferred.

+ BSN or BS in a healthcare-related field is required and/ or RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification must be obtained within 7 months of hire/promotion.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Nurse (RN) License, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) as applicable.

+ Nurse Specialty Certification in wound or ostomy care _(Preferred)._
