    We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As aServerat The Office Tavern Grill in East Hanover, NJ, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and hospitality.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    + Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival.

    + Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.

    + Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.

    + Anticipate guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

    + Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism.

    + Upsell menu items and promote special promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    + Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

    + Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    + A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
