    35 Hour work week

     

    Non-Exempt Annual Salary: $37,856

    Benefits:

    + PTO – vacation (16-24 days a year based on longevity). Sick leave 12 days a year, and 13 paid holidays.

    + Ability to work a 4-day schedule after 6 months on the job. Multiple work schedules available.

    Job Duties:

    The successful candidate will be expected to:

    + Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and key stakeholders.

    + Maintain written documentation of guidelines for the Housing Subsidy and Family Reimbursement programs.

    + Review applications for appropriateness and issue a decision approving or declining the application.

    + Maintain tracking spreadsheet for the Housing Subsidy and Family Reimbursement programs.

    + Complete all required documents including certifying the house/apartment.

    + Process applications and supporting documentation for Family Reimbursement.

    Education:

    + A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

    + Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of higher education.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    + Candidates must have experience working with individuals with disabilities.

    + Organized and possess keen attention to detail.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.

    + Knowledge of services with the Office of People with Development Disabilities (OPWDD).
