    BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

    The **Finance & Accounting Intern** is responsible for:

    + Maintain control of assigned general ledger accounts and hospital statistics

    + Preparing statistical reports and analyze general ledger activity

    + Reconcile the hospital's bank accounts

    + Sales Tax returns

    Internship Requirements / Information:

    + **Duration:** 6 months for full-time and longer for part-time.

    + Candidate Requirements: Preferred education AA or final year of accounting / finance Bachelor's Degree

    *In the past 2 years, 56% of the interns have converted to an FT Financial Analyst role.*
