We are hiring a Senior Robotics Engineer to lead the exploration and deployment of advanced robotic technologies in support of both internal innovation and production process improvement. This role combines hands-on robotics development with concept research and technical leadership across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Evaluate and implement emerging robotic technologies including robotic vision systems

+ Split time between hands-on robot programming/testing and concept development/technology scouting

+ Lead proof-of-concept development projects to validate new automation methods

+ Support operations teams as a subject matter expert (SME) for robotic integration and deployment

+ Assist with proposal and estimating efforts through technical recommendations

+ Track budgets and project timelines; present technical findings and recommendations to senior leadership

+ Mentor junior engineers

+ Articulate complex ideas clearly to executive, director, and C-suite audiences

+ Travel as needed to customer facilities, domestic events, and international group locations

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in robotics integration, programming, or R&D development

+ Experience with Fanuc robots preferred; exposure to other brands is a plus

+ Familiarity with simulation tools such as RoboGuide or Process Simulate

+ Vision system experience strongly preferred, but training can be provided

+ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
