Job Description:

+ As the ORBIS AUKUS Master Scheduler, you will be the ORBIS lead in assisting ASC in creating, evolving, and maintaining an integrated master schedule. The schedule baseline extends across the entire Optimal Pathway, initially support the Submarine Rotational Force - West (SRF-W) operational framework at HMAS Stirling to sustain Virginia Class Submarine and expanding to depot level maintenance, and new construction in future years.

+ As a master scheduler, you will not only take inputs and update a schedule tool, but you will also help to lead ORBIS, ASC, and external stakeholders in creation of an executable schedule. You will be a leader and a doer. The integrated schedule that you create and maintain, will also be integrated into higher level integrated schedules that will provide strategic vision and tactical program management with respect to establishing and sustaining I and D level SSN Sustainment capabilities at ASC in support of Virginia and future submarine classes.

+ This job is hybrid but requires collaboration with Australian stakeholders, so hours of work will be flexible to allow interaction across different time zones.

+ You will join a self-organizing team of professionals that spall all competencies from operations to sustainment, so be prepared to act as a generalized specialist capable of taking on tasking outside of your specialty. You will conduct briefings to flag level leadership, attend stakeholder engagements (CONUS and OCONUS), and provide periodic written reports to ensure all stakeholders are apprised of AUKUS status and developments.

Required Skills and Experiences:

+ Motivated self-starter with a willingness to take on a challenge that is loosely defined, yet critical to maintaining allied maritime superiority.

+ Preferred naval sustainment experience at both the I and D level, with at least 10 years of experience in schedule baseline management.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. People skills are a necessary force multiplier for our program.

+ Demonstrated mastery of a scheduling tool like MS Project, Primavera, Concerto or other.

+ Strong fact-finding, problem-solving, and decision-making skills supported by a willingness to accept authority and accountability for program success.

+ Proficiency in MS 365 applications

+ PMP or equivalent is desired

+ Must be able to qualify for a work visa and be able to travel for up to 30% of the time.

+ This job does not require or support transition to Australia.
