Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Duration: Contract to Hire

Overview:

We are looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and support electrical systems for various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cost-effective, reliable solutions while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. This role requires multitasking across multiple projects and working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and update electrical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.

+ Ensure project compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

+ Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals.

+ Improve engineering workflows and manufacturing processes.

+ Troubleshoot and support electrical systems in manufacturing and field operations.

+ Develop cost estimates, schedules, and technical documentation.

+ Research, prototype, and test electrical components and systems.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

+ 3-5 years of experience in an OEM equipment manufacturing environment.

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for electrical schematics.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience with medium voltage and DC power systems.

+ Knowledge of control systems, PLC programming, and industrial communication protocols.

+ Familiarity with NEC, IEC, IEEE standards, and UL-approved component design.

+ Experience with IoT, networking, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.

Work Environment:

+ Office-based with occasional work in manufacturing and testing environments.
