Our client, in consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry is seeking a **E-Commerce Content Specialist** to join their team. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting our Grocery d-Commerce team by ensuring the optimization of content across various grocery retailers.The ideal candidate will have digital content, organization, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: E-Commerce Content Specialist

Pay Range: $30 - $37 hourly (W2)

Contract: 1 Year (extension likely)

What’s the Job?

+ Primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance product content to maximize visibility, engagement, and sales.

+ Content Optimization: Collaborate with the Grocery d-commerce team to optimize product content across different online platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

+ Utilize tools Syndigo, Salsify, and Accenture to efficiently manage product content.

+ Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and grocery retailers ( Kroger, Meijer, HEB, Albertsons, ADUSA and Wakefern) to align on content requirements, resolve issues, and drive consensus on content strategies and e-commerce.

+ Take ownership of content initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring thorough follow-up and accountability throughout the content optimization process.

What’s Needed?

+ **Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of digital content experience**

+ Demonstrated project management skills

+ **Proficiency in utilizing Syndigo, Salsify or similar platforms for content management** ; as well as Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, dashboards, etc.

+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

+ Exceptional prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines, self-motivated and proactive mindset, communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrated organizational skills.
