Summary of Role:

Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing. Responsible for developing process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing. Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed. Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed. Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions. Responsible to freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements. Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

+ Education – Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent.

+ Experience – 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles. Applicants must possess at least 1 year of experience in the following: (1) FINFET process integration development; (2) FDSOI process integration development; (3) Defectivity improvement and yield enhancement; (4) new process tape out and qualification including process change management; (5) definition, problem solving, and DOE (design of experiment); (6) Data sort and analysis including JMP and python; (7) working on semiconductor devices and device reliability.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $93,014–$110,300/year

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
