POSITION: Parking Cashier

DEPARTMENT: Parking

FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Part-Time/Non-Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Processes credit card payments and mobile passes via handheld devices

+ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with others

+ Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive.

+ Provide guests with directions and other venue information.

+ Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

+ Ability to read signs and follow simple oral and written instructions.

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Computer or technology literacy

+ Must be able to pass a background check to include a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirements.

Education and/or Experience

+ H igh school diploma or GED.

+ One year’s experience in a customer service environment.

+ One year’s experience in retail.
