Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services. *Job Summary* The Administrative Associate II position at the Grace S. Webb School encompasses the quintessential front desk school responsibilities. The team member will work with students, guardians, public school systems, Webb School staff, and HHC teams on an array of independent and group projects. Consequently, the ideal candidate will be effective at communication, organized, and enjoy working with others. Essential tasks, functions, and qualities: customer service, Microsoft suite, Google, CT SEDS, PowerSchool, office equipment usage, confidential record handling, calendar management, sitting/standing/bending, mailing, filing, phones, assorted troubleshooting & triaging. Necessary willingness to participate in the Crisis Prevention Intervention process inside student programs. There is a significant amount of time sitting and working on a computer. While the position reports to the Manager of Special Education Operations, the assignments impact the flow and function of the whole school. * High School diploma required, additional education preferred * Three years previous secretarial experience with an additional two years of education beyond High School or two years of high level secretarial experience. * Proficiency in the use of the Personal Computer. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * High degree of confidentiality.
