General Management

+ Perform excellent customer service and supervisory skills at all times

+ Maintain company standard for fresh food preparation and delivery

+ Properly train and supervise store personnel

+ Maintain a clean, friendly store environment

+ Perform daily store management and reporting duties

+ Grow sales by operational excellence

+ Monitor sales trends

+ Ensure compliance with all company, county, state and federal policies, procedures and regulations including, but not limited to food, tobacco and alcohol regulations

+ Maintain respectful working relationship with vendors

+ Be available to work additional hours as necessary

Supervisory Responsibilities

+ Supervision, compliance and development of all store employees

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

+ Experience and Serve Safe Certification preferred

+ Able to respond to location emergencies in a timely manner

+ 21 years of age

+ Valid NYS Driver’s license that meets company policy

+ Reliable transportation

Salary Description

$61,500.00 per year (based on exp), plus bonus
