Description We are in search of a Client Services Representative to join our team in the Credit Union industry, based in Concord, California. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Client Services Representative, your primary role will be to process member transactions, maintain accurate member records, and handle member inquiries. You will also monitor member accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing member transactions

• Maintaining precise records of member transactions

• Addressing and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitoring member accounts and executing necessary actions

• Assisting with new account setups

• Responsible for cash management activities

• Handling wire transfer operations

• Ensuring all member information is kept confidential and secure. Requirements • Open to entry-level candidates with 0+ years of experience

• Proficient in handling new accounts

• Strong capabilities in cash management

• Familiarity or ability to quickly learn about wire transfers

• No specific skill is required, but a willingness to learn is a must

• Previous experience in a credit union or similar financial institution is a plus, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent, higher education is a bonus

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
