Description We are in the search of a Sr. Accountant to join our team located in Southlake, Texas. This role revolves around the finance industry, with a focus on maintaining and managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The Sr. Accountant will be tasked with handling month-end close processes and journal entries, along with various other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the month-end close process for accurate financial reporting

• Prepare and enter journal entries into the accounting system

• Handle credit card and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data

• Review accounts payable, expenses, journal entries, and reconciliations from Staff Accountant to ensure accuracy

• Prepare financial statements for review and analysis

• Foster good communication within the team and show a willingness to learn new processes and systems

• Exhibit initiative in managing and improving accounting functions

• Utilize knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to streamline accounting processes

• Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate records of the company's financial transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Must have experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations is necessary

• Familiarity with General Ledger management is expected

• Capable of creating and managing Journal Entries

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and its applications in accounting

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is essential

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite software is beneficial

• Familiarity with Oracle financial software is a plus

• Prior experience with SAP accounting software is desirable
