    Primary Responsibilities

    + Assist retail network in aftermarket support activities with focus toward overall end-user satisfaction with Company products.

    + Ensure that the retail network is focused on service market awareness, customer satisfaction, and retention.

    + Act as a primary after-market contact between Company and the retail network.

    + Stimulate growth in Company parts, service and fleet management programs through interactions with both retail network and Company end users.

    + Promote new Company parts and service products/programs through hands-on training of retailer personnel.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 5-7 years related experience

    + Associate degree (Business, Engineering, Sales, Marketing)

     

    _Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED_

     

    + Extensive travel (over 20%)

    + Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)

    + Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday

    Preferred Qualifications

    + A four year degree, preferably in business or engineering, or equivalent field experience in sales, marketing or customer service is required for this position.

    + The incumbent should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills.

    + New equipment sales experience is desired.

    + The position requires over 50% travel.

    + Bilingual candidate (Spanish - English)
