Our client, a leading provider in the technology sector, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business teams. What's the Job?

+ Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

+ Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, workstations, and servers.

+ Handle asset management and place hardware orders as needed.

+ Support backup tape operations and basic system recovery tasks.

+ Monitor system health, apply patches, and perform routine maintenance.

What's Needed?

+ Hands-on experience supporting Windows OS and hardware in a corporate environment.

+ Solid understanding of desktop and network troubleshooting.

+ Comfortable working with system imaging, patching, and firmware upgrades.

+ Familiar with asset tracking tools and inventory best practices.

+ Able to explain complex tech issues in simple terms.
