We're looking for a Call Center Manager who knows their way around a dialer like Vicidial and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to keep things running smoothly. If you've got a background in sales or customer service, and you've been in the trenches as a supervisor in a call center, this could be your gig.
We're a medical services company, but don't expect us to be all corporate and buttoned-up – we're about results, hustle, and real talk. We need someone who can manage a team, write killer call scripts, and keep the energy high on every shift.
What You'll Do:
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of badass agents
• Optimize and manage Vicidial like a pro
• Write and refine call scripts to boost sales and keep calls flowing
• Keep the grind going even when things get tough – no clock-watchers here
• Jump into the action when needed – you're not just a manager, you're part of the squad
What You Bring:
• Experience managing a call center team (sales or customer service background is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Vicidial (you know it inside and out)
• Ability to motivate and coach your team to hit goals
• Strong communication skills and a knack for writing scripts that convert
• The drive to hustle, grind, and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment
