    The role you’ll contribute:

    This position contributes to the mission and goals of the department by providing professional quality Nuclear medicine imaging services in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.

    The value you’ll bring to the team:

    • Always uses two types of patient identifiers (name and date of birth) matched with arm band

    • Performs quality CT scan studies upon orders of licensed practitioner

    • Verifies physician order prior to scanning

    • Checks with physician, floor RN, Radiologist if clarification of orders are needed

    • Assures radiation safety for patients and associates

    • Utilizes lead shielding as provided by the facility

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    **Minimum qualifications** :

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Graduate of JCERT approved Nuclear Medicine program

    • Current Florida license in Nuclear Medicine

    • CNMT - Certified Nuclear Med Tech

    • (N) ARDMS or ARRT - Nuclear Med Tech
