    Our Chemical Production Operators are key to our growth and are responsible for the mixing and blending of liquid and powder chemical raw materials into a finished product. No previous experience is necessary!! Training will be provided!!!

     

    If team members are performing at a satisfactory level, they receive a 5% increase at the end of the 90-day probationary period.

     

    3rd shift team members receive a $1.75/hour shift premium.

    Operators will be expected to:

    + Adhere to all safety and quality policies

    + Follow safety standards, work standards, processes, procedures and batch/manufacturing card directions

    + Work with various types and sizes of mixing and blending equipment, machines, tow motors and lift assist equipment to load, unload, mix and blend production batches

    + Clean equipment

    + Package the finished product

    + Understand and follow processes and procedures; be diligent weighing and adding raw materials according to instructions; and accurately & thoroughly complete paperwork recording key information

    + Be committed to continuous improvement by suggesting updates to processes and procedures for the department

    Mandatory Qualifications

    + High School Diploma/GED

    + Must be committed to working safely and producing high quality products

    + Committed to teamwork by being approachable, respectful and willing to help others

    + Ability to understand and perform processes across various production department(s)

    + Willing and able to work 3rd shift

    + Ability to drive a forklift

    + Ability to wear a respirator, climb stairs, and carry materials up to 50 pounds

    + Capable of reading and understanding written instructions (English) and/or procedures and able to comprehend any regulations pertaining to our industry

    Non-Mandatory Qualifications:

    + Forklift/Tow Motor experience

    + 1-3 years production and/or warehouse experience

    + Previous experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment

    + SAP experience beneficial

    + Ability to perform light maintenance on manufacturing equipment

    + Basic knowledge of chemistry such that chemical reactions taking place in the production of products is understood
