• Senior Attorney

    Robert Half Legal (Roseville, MN)


    Description

    A well-established boutique law firm has an immediate opening for a Senior Attorney with at least 5 years of construction litigation experience.

    Core responsibilities include:

    + Manage complex construction law cases from intake to strategy development and execution

    + Conduct legal research, correspond with clients, draft documents, manage discovery resources, delegate tasks to staff members, prepare for mediations/arbitrations/depositions/trial, etc.

    + Successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base

    + Marketing the Firm to new and potential clients through frequent and direct contact

    + Participate in firm leadership including mentoring other attorneys and staff members, oversee finance and administration matters, and lead strategic planning for the firm

    Requirements

    • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney in litigation

    • Highly knowledgeable in construction law practices in Minnesota and familiarity with the construction law community

    • Exemplary communication and advocacy skills

    • Commitment to client-first attitude and high ethical standards

    • Active law license in Minnesota

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain organization
