Prestigious law firm is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their growing team of professionals located in Los Angeles, California. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with managing complex litigation cases from start to finish, drafting motions, and conducting depositions. The role will provide you the autonomy to work on high-end complex matters.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation cases independently.

• Draft legal briefs and motions for a variety of cases.

• Conduct and handle depositions effectively.

• Appear in court for case proceedings and hearings.

• Develop strategies for complex business litigation cases.

• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

• Work in collaboration with a team of attorneys and paralegals.

• Continuously update knowledge on civil litigation and other related legal matters.

• Contribute to the growth of the firm by handling high-value cases.

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as CA Licensed attorney.

• Skilled in Civil Litigation.

• Required to have Civil Litigation Experience.

• Should have experience in Complex Business Litigation.

• Ability to Draft Motions is necessary.

• Must have experience in conducting Depositions.
