    Park Inc is looking for customer focused parking service assistants to work at our client location in West Memphis, AR.

    Position Summary :

    Accurately enter information into the valet parking software.

    Duties/Responsibilities :

    The following duties are typical of this position. This list should not be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. All duties are performed in accordance with established standards and procedures.

     

    + Enter customer information into the valet parking software

    + Pull daily summary reports and send to appropriate party

    + Provide exceptional customer service to valets, customers, and management

    + Hang keys

    + Dispatch keys

    + Maintain integrity and appearance of work area

    + Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
