    + Must have good organizational skills and ability to deal courteously and effectively with providers, patients, vendors and other healthcare workers

    + Ability to perform lab functions independently

    + Must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to solve problems

    + Graduate from LPN school

    + Current License to practice in Missouri

    + BLS Certified

    + SAFE Certified

    + Family Care Safety Registry

    + Annual Skills Lab
