We have an outstanding career opportunity for aTest Engineerto join a leading Company located in theMelbourne, FLsurrounding area.

Responsibilities :
+ TECHNICAL
+ Responsible for all production and repair test activities in support of assigned products.
+ Authors or edits procedures and documentation through change management process directly related to products.
+ Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
+ Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
+ Works with assigned operations personnel to establish test plans and supports completion rates for test work cells.
+ Transitions test solutions between factories during product acquisitions.
+ Interfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ REPORTING
+ Accountable for proactively communicating all operational and technical risks and opportunities within their business unit.
+ Provide regular performance updates to the Engineering Manager.
+ CULTURE
+ Proactively support the operations build plan by providing technical support that generates productivity.
Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ 4-year degree in a technical discipline plus a minimum of 8 years direct industry experience as an Engineer, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Strong analog and digital troubleshooting skills at the component level
+ To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicants should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
Desired Qualifications :
+ Software programming or diagnosis to aid in troubleshooting.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills can tailor conversations appropriately to target audiences, communicate clearly with managers and technicians, and work effectively in teams or alone with little supervision.
+ Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, nimble and responsive in the short term while driving progress on longer-term initiatives.
