Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M365 Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, including Power Platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Exchange Online and Power Virtual Agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, developing end-to-end solutions, and providing ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic adoption of Microsoft Power Platforms, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, to streamline and automate business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage M365 to address business and technology gaps in the organization following best practices. Design, develop, and customize applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet business needs. Implement and manage data models, reports, and dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Provide technical support and ensure smooth integration of Power Platforms with existing systems. Engage with external professional services for maintenance support, overflow work, and training to build internal competencies. Lead pilot projects focusing on non-critical business functions, such as HR, finance, and customer service, to validate the effectiveness of Power Platforms. Scale the use of Power Platforms to other non-critical functions and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and stakeholder input. Develop and implement a comprehensive M365 strategy to support the organization's digital transformation and operational efficiency goals. Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services. Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft 365 tools and features. Ensure compliance with security and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to optimize usage. Execution aligned with IT Standards and Practices. Some travel may be required – less than 5%. On call responsibilities and outside of business hours work as necessary. Work Location In-office (Lakeville, MN) with a hybrid work schedule #LI-hybrid Qualifications Education: Minimum BS/BA Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical field (such as engineering, science). Or equivalent technical experience. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience independently executing project management lifecycle for IT projects. Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Power Platforms and M365 solutions including SharePoint Online and Teams. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. Strong understanding of O365 groups, Active Directory, and Entra ID. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. Familiarity with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365. Strong understanding of the permissions required to perform administrative functions on the M365 Platform. Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Proven capability to develop and maintain strong relationships with on-site and remote employees. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and external partners. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Microsoft Power Platforms or related technologies. Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence best practices. The pay range for this position is $86,899 - $128,609 per year.
