    Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region is looking for a an experienced **Registered** **Nurse** to join the Care Team at **Mason Square Community Health Center.** Mason Square Health Center offers a variety of specialty services for their primary care patients. Serves a community that includes pediatric and adult patient population.

     

    RN - Full Time

    Responsibilities

    + Provides nursing support working closely with medical providers

    + Provides education, ongoing assessment and support to patients

    + Triage and patient visits for Primary Care.

    + Portal Message management

    + Nurse visits, education visits, scheduling in CB, administering vaccinations, prior authorization process approval and prescription management.

    • **Required Work Experience:**

    + Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.

    + Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience

    + Demonstrated interest to work with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds

    + Ideal candidate will have both adult and pediatric experience and/ or be willing to train and work with our pediatric patient population

    + Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff

    Schedule and Location

    + Location - Mason Square Health Center - 11 Wilbraham Rd. Springfield MA

    + Full Time Monday - Friday

    + Schedule 7:30-4 or 8:30-5 or 9-5:30

    + Must be flexible to rotate and work an occasional Saturdays morning 8-1PM

    + Sign On Bonus
