    Description

    The Senior Operations Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial operations including compliance, accounting standards, and providing strategic insights to enhance efficiency. This candidate will assist with vendor invoicing, approving bi-weekly payments, cash management, overseeing the accounts payable process, monitoring the month end close activities, and conducting variance analysis to provide management with performance indicators. The ideal Senior Operations Accountant must have to ability to oversee projects from start to completion while working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.

    • Assist with billing discrepancies/issues

    • Cash Management/Daily Cash Receipts

    • Expense Reporting

    • Auditing Activities

    • Cash Forecasting/Budgeting

    • Assist with financial implementations

    • Bank Reconciliations

    • Vendor Bill Management

    Requirements

    The ideal Senior Operations Accountant will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

    Other requirements for the Senior Operations Accountant role include and are not limited to:

    • 3+ years’ experience with cash management, AP and reconciliations

    • NetSuite experience or similar preferred

    • Strong communication skills

    • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills
