    Description

    We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Medical Receptionist at our location in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This role is primarily focused on managing patient interactions in a healthcare setting. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, verifying medical insurance, and obtaining prior authorizations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant departments or personnel.

    • Organize and schedule patient appointments efficiently.

    • Verify the accuracy and validity of patient's medical insurance details.

    • Secure prior authorizations for medical procedures and treatments.

    • Perform receptionist duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

    Requirements • Proficiency in Medical Insurance Verification

    • Experience in handling Prior Authorizations

    • Ability to perform Patient Scheduling effectively
